This in-service eLearning is for foster parents and relative/ kinship caregivers who are interested in learning more about how child abuse, neglect and maltreatment effect the development of children in their care.  

This training is comprised of 5 sections:  Section 1 explores the foundational concepts of child development.  Section 2 reviews from birth to three years old.  Section 3 discussion children from ages three to five years.  Section 4 explores from five to 11 years.  Section 5 reviews from age 11 to 17 years.
